中国青年报消息：教育部今天公布了2006年的招生计划。 其中， 2006年普通本专科招生计划初步安排530万人， 其中本科260万人； 研究生招生计划初步安排40万人， 其中博士5．6万人。 与2005年相比， 招生人数又有上升。

　　这一数字来自今天教育部在哈尔滨召开的2006年全国高等教育招生计划暨教育事业“十一五”规划工作会议。 教育部副部长袁贵仁在会上指出， 要以科学发展观为指导， 认真做好2006年高等教育招生计划安排工作。 要认真处理好尊重地方自主权和加强中央宏观调控的关系； 要更加注重高等教育与经济社会的协调发展； 更加注重规模发展与条件保障相适应。
